Textures.

Today I decided to try my hand at adding textures to a photo as I was working on it. This is my first attempt at such a process. What do you guys think?

The Ladies of Metal

This was the last shoot I got the chance to be a part of in Colorado. A good friend of mine works closely with a conglomeration of awesome girls who call themselves The Ladies of Metal. I'm stoked on how things turned out. Check it!

so i guess we're just going to keep dancing.
dancing right next to each other,
but each pretending that the other does not exist.
this is not existence.
this is not a place where ignorance works.
this is not even life.
this is a charade.
of the most grand illusion
ever perpetrated by two hearts.

i can only pray that one day
we will come to reconciliation.
so that we can stop this useless endeavor
into something that was never meant
to be delved into in the first place.

i can only hope you accept my apologies
and life can begin to move forward again.
i can't handle the awkward silences anymore.
i don't want to.

live in nashville!! super pumped about it. thanks to everyone for your prayers, it was a long drive yesterday, but i'm here safe and sound. colorado, i'll miss you, but if you ever want to come visit, you have a place to stay. keep in touch!!
